The game

Ball Masters is a free game that can be played without an account. A guest account is created in your browser when you play; you can turn it into an account with an e-mail, Google or Discord.

Not allowed: cheating, automation, using several accounts to collect rewards, offensive player or tournament names. An account that breaks these rules can be suspended.

What is sold

Premium: EUR 2.99 per month or EUR 24.99 per year. It removes advertising and gives the video rewards without a video. It renews until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the shop; it then stays active until the end of the paid period.

Gems pay for accessories at a listed price, without a draw. Coins open chests whose content is drawn at random, at the rates shown on the Chests page. Coin packs are only sold in the countries where this sale is allowed.

No purchase makes a ball stronger. Coins, gems, balls and accessories have no monetary value: they cannot be traded, resold or withdrawn.

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. French VAT not applicable (art. 293 B CGI).

Payment, minors and cap

Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page: the game never sees your card. The purchase is credited to your account a few seconds after payment.

A purchase must be made by an adult, or with a parent’s agreement.

Withdrawal and refunds

By asking to receive your purchase now, you waive the right of withdrawal for what has already been used. Coins and gems bought less than 14 days ago and not yet spent can be refunded from the shop, in one click, one purchase every 30 days; for another refund within that time, write to us. After a refund, packs are not sold to the account for 30 days.

After a refund or a payment dispute, the matching currency is removed from the account.
