What the game keeps

Guest account: no personal data, only a session identifier in a cookie the game needs.

Account: your player name, your e-mail if you chose a password (the password is kept as a hash), or the identifier given by Google or Discord, without your e-mail or profile.

Game: your progress, your collection, your matches and the history of your coins and gems.

Purchases: payment is handled by Stripe. The game keeps the product, the price, the date and the billing country, never your card.

E-mails: the game only writes to you when you ask to change a forgotten password. That e-mail is sent by Brevo (France), which receives your address for it.

How long

Daily quests and solo matches: 30 days. Matches between players and player tournaments: 90 days. Chest draws: 2 years. Guest accounts without a valid session: deleted. The history of coins and gems and the purchases are kept for accounting.

Advertising and cookies

The session cookie is needed by the game. Advertising cookies are only set with your agreement, which you can change at any time from the Account page. Premium players load no advertising script.

Minors do not receive advertising targeted by profiling. Advertising partner: [name].

Your rights

From the Account page you can download your data and delete your account. For any other request (access, correction, objection): contact@ball-masters.com. You can also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).
